I start with the strategy and the customer — what is our competitive advantage, how do we deliver value in the market, and what needs to change to get there? Technology, data and AI are the levers, not the starting point.

My career spans sales, customer operations, HR, large-scale marketing, strategy consulting and over a decade as a senior technology executive. Currently leading data, digital and AI across one of Queensland's largest and most trusted organisations — building and executing the data strategy, leading the AI governance framework and driving enterprise-wide AI adoption through change champions and capability uplift programs.

Led post-merger integration of Yellow Pages and White Pages across 270 staff and multiple geographies. A 50% efficiency improvement, 17% cost reduction and 43-point NPS lift came alongside a 35% improvement in employee engagement. Technology enabled it; leadership and operating model redesign delivered it.

$100M in 7 Months by Redesigning Operations, Not Systems

Delivered a 45% improvement in monthly production — approximately $100M in benefit — over seven months. The lever was process redesign and management coaching, not a technology implementation. Sometimes the most valuable insight is knowing when technology is not the answer.

RACQ — Data, AI & Digital Transformation

Enterprise Data Strategy and AI Adoption at Scale

Leading the data strategy and a team of data professionals, the AI Governance Framework and Council, enterprise Copilot adoption, agentic AI deployment and an organisation-wide AI upskilling program. Achieved a 49% improvement in digital channel share and 42% reduction in assisted chat alongside a full CMS rebuild and data governance uplift.

Deloitte Consulting — Retail & SaaS Clients

$50M Annual Savings Through Whole-of-Business Assessment

Conducted an enterprise-wide value chain assessment — examining people, process and technology together — to identify and implement $50M in annual savings. Also led a SaaS and digital marketing transformation delivering a 25% increase in market share by connecting technology investment directly to customer and competitive strategy.
